Where do you ship to?
We ship most items to the 48 contiguous states and APO and FPO addresses. Free standard ground shipping applies to orders over $200 (before taxes) in the 48 contiguous states. PO Box orders will be shipped via USPS, unless one of our vendors cannot ship to a PO Box. We will then reach out to you for a new address. Oversized items are not available to ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we’re aiming to be available internationally in the future.
How can I change the address on my order?
If you would like to update the address on your order, please reach out to our team at email@example.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Address changes are not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to help. Keep in mind, address changes cannot be made on the same day that an order is out for delivery. They can also not be made after the 30-minute window has passed by.
How will my order ship?
Depending on package weight and destination, we ship with USPS, UPS Ground, DHL, or FedEx Ground. Standard Shipping Orders will ship via standard ground shipping, excluding oversized items. Standard shipping is available for most domestic addresses for $5-$10. Standard shipping is free for orders over $200, excluding oversized items. Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping is available on select orders with a 3-4 day delivery window. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. *Keep in mind items that have a longer processing time notated on the product's page will take the same amount of processing time before shipping. Oversized Shipping Oversized items will ship via white glove delivery and take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Our delivery partners will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time. Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items. Oversized items are only available to ship to the 48 contiguous states, and cannot be shipped to a PO Box, APO, or FPO address. Oversized shipping fees are not refundable.
I received a tracking email, but the tracking link doesn’t work?
It can take up to 3 business days for the shipping carrier to start moving a package or update the tracking information. During the holidays and other high volume periods, it can take up to 6 business days for tracking to update If your tracking hasn't updated after 6 business days, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be made for eligible unused items within 30 days of receiving your order with a $7 flat rate return fee. Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned. To start a return, visit returns.shopthescenes.com and enter your order number and billing zip code. We’ll provide a return label to send your items back and your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
When will I get my refund?
We’ll send you an email once your refund has been processed. After receiving this email, your refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
Are final sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
